The ULTIMATE, and ONLY, installation guide you NEED for Ubuntu
This handy installation guide covers virtually every past, present and future release of Ubuntu and every other operating system. It particularly applies to spinoffs like the shiney new Ubuntu Studio.
1) Download and burn it to a CD. Alternatively, put it in a USB stick. Or a DVD. Or a postcard. If you bought it it’s probably already on a CD so you quite obviously don’t need to download and burn it.
2) Boot from the CD, USB stick, DVD, or whatever you put it on.
3) Follow the prompts
4) When prompted with “Would you like to start a new blog, or post to your existing blog, about the installation process?” click “No” and stfu.
On the off chance that you have some problem performing an almost entirely automated installation process, join a forum and ask for help.
On the very likely chance that you have no problems and manage to install the operating system, please just carry on with life. You don’t need to tell us how you did it, we already know.
You my dear friend, linux guru wanna be are a complete tool. It’s a small wonder that the masses are not quick to adopt linux and rid themselves of the Redmond ball and chain, I’m sure if I went to a forum seeking help and encountered you, I’d write it off as a program for geeks as well. You sir, give tesh saavy folks a bad name.
